Eligibility:
1.1 The Sutton Tools - Boltmasters Giveaway is open to residents of Australia only.
1.2 Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
1.3 Employees of Sutton Tools Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entry Requirements:
2.1 To enter the Competition, participants must purchase a Sutton Tools product within the competition period.
2.2 Entrants must retain their proof of purchase, as it may be required to claim the prize. Purchase period is 01/08/24 to 31/10/24 for valid entry.
2.3 Each Sutton Tools product purchased constitutes one entry into the Competition.
Competition Period:
3.1 The Competition commences on 01/08/2024 and concludes on 31/10/2024.
Prizes:
4.1 The prize details are as specified in promotional materials and may be subject to change at the discretion of Sutton Tools Pty Ltd.
4.2 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Draw and Winner Notification:
5.1 The prize draw will be conducted within 14 days of the competition closing date. The company will never ask for banking details.
5.2 The winner will be notified via the contact details provided during the entry process.
5.3 If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw, a redraw will occur.
